Property Line

 Images for the surveyor. There are a couple things to look at here.

My neighbor set up lights on, what I think of as 'my' easement (if easement is the word for the property between the curb and the sidewalk).

I think the city owns it and I am the caretaker. I would like him to remove them. And I'd like a little official backup.

The other thing is that he mows a couple widths into my yard with his blade so low he scrapes the dirt.

Although I don't want to hire a lawyer or put up a fence, and according to the survey I sent as a pdf, how close to his driveway can I set posts?
