In the middle ’70's, just back from Portals East Lakota, I started riding Pony Express at the Dead Buffalo Hotel.*

At a poetry gathering he hosted, after hours monthly, I met this fellow Jamil, a poet, artist, lover of quotations, and creator of these simple, self mailers.

Does this sound like anyone we know?

OMG, David !!!!! Lol. Apparently, he made quite an impression.

 Thoughts

Up early again. Good.

I entertain the doing.

Creation right here.

Wet clay on the wheel.

And I made a pot of coffee

without coffee this morning.

I laugh. I laugh.

Hot water.

Art Spin

 ArtSpin - Under construction

Late Jan 30, 2023 I offered this image on FB. Overnight five peeps put their names in the hat. I am beside myself with glee.

I say under construction because I am learning ... I forgot to put a close date.

I need to get a more concise message. I would rather share these than keep them. I may decide to start selling. That sounds like work that does not get the same vibe as sharing.

We'll get there.

Never Mind These Poems

Never Mind These Poems

The Muses are directing our attention

from the Big Top to the Midway.

Your passion awaits under one

of the tents along the aisle.

Step right up. Pay the price.

Play the game

The chaos will abate, even vanish

for moments and moments.

We’re all here with you

and you’re on your own.

Never mind these poems.

Where is your magic fire?

Navigator Special Class

A special designation for the passenger of the moment.  Thank you for being here with me. Let's go!

I was traveling the world without leaving home. Good times.
