Ultra-processed people

 It's a food science book. I will not finish it. I will look for
quotes, reviews, and youtube of Chris Van Tulleken, author of Ultra-Processed People.

I spit these mashed potatoes out after the first forking. Glack. AND THEN I found the big label on the bottom of the package.
