Welcome and welcome back. While I am creating I spend less time being grumpy. It’s a blessing that’s easy to accept. Even as I smash these words, I am simply happy to be here. In three weeks I have collected handwriting samples in 9 languages. Afrikaans, Albanian, English, Hindi, Palestinian, Punjabi, Senegalese, Telugu, Vietnamese. Someone wrote “Much love.” and someone wrote “I love you." and I know who. The Punjabi woman wrote “I am the universe and the universe is me.” Amita wrote in Telegu. She translated. It was busy noisy. I might think to record. Fortunately, Jerry, the Vietnamese fellow showed me how to use Google Translate from an image. I will get to that, soon along with what the Palestinian fellow wrote. Three of the nine mentioned the word friend. They seemed to be engaged and glad I asked. At the start of this effort late September I was wishing I had started earlier. While I am with a person, asking for a favor, there is no sense of what I had or had not done earlier. Just passing time enlarging my human experience. Take some time for your self. Perhaps a one-minute Joy Breath Meditation. Relax. (ha ha). Slow your breathing. Remember several moments of joy you have felt in your life until you can feel the joy as if it’s happening again in this very moment. Blessings to you!
