Sandwich

 Sandwich

We talk of gluten-free 
as if it’s yes or no.

For some of you it is, of
course. Nothing
is everything.

I would simply like to 
find a bread with 
less is all.

The simply part may
be out of my 
control.

Meanwhile … back at 
the sandwich
